Premier Products sells premium tattoo products
Premier Products provides you with a wide range of high-quality tattoo needles, cartridges, tips, tubes and grips for your professional work.
We source these exclusively from manufacturers with the highest quality standards for materials and production - for example MT Derm/Cheyenne, Kwadron, Bishop Rotary, Marlin, 4Y, TATFORMANCE, Inkjecta, Elephant, EGO, Morphix or Right Stuff.
In short: Premier Products sells premium products. Even those from our own production. "House brands", so to say. And today we would like to introduce you to this small collection of needles, tubes and colors produced by us for your creative projects.
What is a house brand in general?
House brands were originally, probably already in prehistoric times, actually markings on houses, namely simple carved symbols or pictures that indicated the owner or owners of the house. In the Middle Ages, family coats of arms developed from this, as did inn signs.
Today we use the term "house brand" mostly in a figurative sense, for example for the wine offered specifically in a certain restaurant or the regional bread speciality of a baker. In other words, the house trusts its product and stands behind its brand - and that's exactly what we do!
The classic needles
Nothing works in the tattoo studio without needles. They are your extended arm, the most important instrument of your art.
The oldschoolers of the tattoo scene swear by soldering together the needle configurations they need from individual needles - but you can have it much more uncomplicated and convenient; just reach for ready-to-use tattoo needles!
In our Premier Products Shop you will find a wide range of cartridges and standard needles for professional tattoo artists. The classic needles on the needle bar include our own brand, the Premier Products standard needle range.
For an extensive tattoo, a certain number of needles in a certain needle configuration (Round Liner/RL, Round Shader/RS, Flat needles/Flat/F or Magnum/M) are required in different needle sizes (e.g. 0.25 mm or 08, 0.30 mm or 10, 0.35 mm or 12 or 0.40 mm or 13). You also have the choice of which taper you prefer (e.g. short taper with 0-2 mm taper, standard taper with 2-3 mm taper or long taper with 3-6 mm taper). The cut determines which hole is created in the skin when you prick it and depends on the choice of color, among other things.
What exactly you use for what and when is your own personal journey of discovery.
Round liner needles are mainly used for so-called "lining", i.e. for lines of all kinds, such as outlines. Round liners consist of several individual needles arranged in a circle. The tips of the liner needles are soldered all around. This gives you very precise lines. The most popular needle size here is 0.30 mm, the line thickness then results from the number of needles in the grouping. There are for example Fine Liner, Bugpin Liner, Hollow Liner or Power Liner. An example from our Premier Products range:
Liner Spezial 0.25
- Needle configuration: Round Liner, optionally 3 RL, 4 RL, 5 RL, 7 RL, 8 RL, 9 RL, 11 RL, 13 RL, oder 15 RL
- Needle size: 0.25 mm

- 50 pieces per box

For shading and filling colour areas, the so-called colourpacking or colouring, the shader needles come into action. The tips of the Round Shader needles are further apart than the Round Liner needles, so you can draw thicker lines with them and also use them for filling and simple shading.
Round Shader Standard 0.35
- Needle configuration: Round Shader, optionally 3 RS, 5 RS, 7 RS, 9 RS, 11 RS, 13 RS, 15 RS, 18 RS, 22 RS oder 25 RS
- Needle size: 0.35 mm
- Needle cut: Extra Long Taper
- 50 pieces per box

The perfect needle type for colourpacking or shading, however, is the Flat configuration, where the needles are soldered in a straight line on the needle bar. The popular "big sister" of the Flat, the Magnum configuration, then makes filling and shading virtually a breeze. Magnums are designed to pick up and release larger amounts of color. This allows you to apply a lot of color in a few passes, and your clients' skin is less traumatized during the tattooing process.
Magnum M1 Spezial 0.30
- Needle configuration: Magnum, optionally 5 M, 7 M, 9 M, 11 M, 13 M, 15 M, 23 M oder 25 M
- Needle size: 0.30 mm
- Needle cut: Extra Long Taper
- 50 pieces per box

You can work even more gently with the Soft Edge Magnum needle, where the side needles are slightly offset to create a half-moon shape. This configuration makes it easy to create soft shadings.

All our Premier Products needles are sterile packed and sterilized by EO gas. They are intended for single use, so they are used individually for each tattoo. It's better to change your needles once too often than once too little, because if tattoo needles are used for too long, they can become dull and no longer absorb enough ink.
Tubes - all in one
Now, of course, the tattoo needles of your choice need a "home" - or the right working environment! When it comes to grips, tubes and tips, every tattoo artist has their own personal needs and preferences... Maybe our PTC Oval Tubes are one of yours?
Hygiene is the key here: The PTC disposable grips with tip are manufactured with great care and are individually sterilely packaged to protect you and your customers. The transparent tip in the black silicone grip with its very cleanly processed needle guide allows maximum precision during work. To ensure that the grip fits comfortably in the smaller or larger hand, you can choose between handle diameters of 30 mm and 25 mm.
For Flat and Magnum needles, we have tubes with a Flat Tip ready for you, which fits the most common number of needles chosen with this needle configuration. For example:
PTC Tubes - Oval - Flat - 30mm Grip
- Tip size choice of 5 F, 7 F, 9 F, 11 F, 13 F oder 15 F
- 30 mm Grip Diameter
- 15 pieces per box

Our Round and Diamant Tubes are then for the Round Liner Needle and the Round Shader Needles.
PTC Tubes - Oval - Round - 25mm Grip

Diamant tips, also called rhombic tips, have the advantage that the needle also lies in a guide. This gives it even more hold and prevents it from slipping.
