In cooperation with the incomparable PMU artist Carla Ricciardone, Perma Blend has developed numerous lip pigments for the Luxe series. Especially for cool and dark lips, they are used as foundation. They blend with the natural tissue for an even more seamless neutralisation.

General information about Perma Blend: It is a leading international manufacturer of permanent make-up pigments. The colors inspire with their luminosity, which does not lose its intensity even after treatment.
