In cooperation with the incomparable PMU artist Carla Ricciardone, Perma Blend has developed numerous lip pigments for the Luxe series. Especially for cool and dark lips, they are used as foundation. They blend with the natural tissue for an even more seamless neutralisation.
Adjust by Carla Ricciardone is a color thinner with which you can change all the lip pigments of the series exactly according to your wishes.
General information about Perma Blend: It is a leading international manufacturer of permanent make-up pigments. The colors inspire with their luminosity, which does not lose its intensity even after treatment. All products impress with their longevity, easy application and have been tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory. The pigments are sterilized with gamma rays, are vegan and have been developed without animal testing. They can be mixed together to create unique and perfectly matching shades.
