Inside there is a small sponge which absorbs the permanent make-up ink. This sponge delivers the optimal amount of PMU pigment to your PMU needle and you can wipe your needle off the sponge if necessary to avoid excess ink on the needle. This greatly reduces the amount of PMU pigment that needs to be splashed and gives you the best possible view of the area of skin that needs pigmentation.
