The Cheyenne POWER UNIT IV was developed in cooperation with renowned tattoo artists to meet the demand for perfect and ergonomic solutions. According to MT Derm, the focus during development was on intuitive operation and a compact design. The voltage range from 4.7 to 12.5 volts with an output power of 10 watts is perfectly matched to all Cheyenne machines and especially for the low frequency range of the SOL tattoo machine family.
The POWER UNIT IV has a magnetic back and bottom as well as an attachable stand and is therefore incredibly flexible - no matter if table top or metal surface - a secure hold is guaranteed.
The display of the PU IV shows you either the stitch frequency as a bar graph or classic in volts. The footswitch can be operated in two modes: In latched mode, the switch for switching on and off is pressed briefly. In Momentary Mode the switch must be kept pressed while tattooing.
